AcEdgeroll is an online unfolding tool for channel letter side returns (edge rolls). Designed for sign makers working with embossed letters, light boxes, metal, plastwood, and composite letters.
Simply upload a vector SVG text file, and the system unfolds the side walls into a long strip with calculated v-grooves, ensuring a perfect bend at every curve and corner—without manual measurement.
